Custom laser-engraved PU leather patches with iron-on adhesive backing — made in Sandy, Utah. Send your logo, name, or design and we'll proof it before we engrave.

The classic rectangle. Straight edges and the largest usable engraving area of the three shapes, which makes it the easiest fit for wide logos, wordmarks, and flags.

  • 3.5" x 2.5" rich brown leatherette
  • Iron-on heat adhesive backing — no sewing needed
  • Sticks to hats, beanies, bags, jackets, and aprons
  • Every order proofed before production

Care: spot clean only. Do not machine wash or put in the dryer.

Best results: simple black-and-white line art, bold outlines, or vector-style graphics. Avoid photos, screenshots, or images with fine detail, gradients, or shading — these often don't convert cleanly for laser engraving. Not sure if yours will work?
