Send-In Engraving

Already have a cup, tumbler, or other item you love? Send it to us and we'll laser engrave your design onto it — you only pay for the engraving.

How it works

1. Tell us about it below. Describe the item and what you'd like engraved. Email your design file to hello@copperpeakengraving.com with your name so we can match it to your request.
2. We review and quote. We'll confirm the item can be safely engraved and send you a price, usually within one business day. Nothing is due until you approve.
3. You pay and ship it in. Once you approve the quote, we send a secure payment link and the address to mail your item.
4. We engrave and return it. You get a digital proof for approval before we engrave, then we pack it up and ship it back with tracking.

To get a quote, tell us:

• What the item is — e.g. "20oz stainless tumbler," "leather journal," "slate board"
• What it's made of, if you know (stainless steel, powder-coated metal, leather, wood, slate, glass, etc.)
• What you want engraved and roughly where on the item
• Your deadline, if you have one

Good to know

We can engrave most stainless steel, powder-coated, leather, wood, slate, and glass items. We can't always engrave plastics, painted, or coated surfaces — that's why we review first. Send-in items are engraved at the owner's request; we'll always flag any concerns and send a proof before we touch it, and we treat your item with care.
